Chapter 5 - The Night In




"Finally, Beau is asleep." Dustin whispers to his girlfriend.
He has invited Angela over for a little movie night after
he found out his mom was going out for the night,





"Can you believe mom fed him a whole piece of cheesecakes
before she left? The kid got all crazy, jumping around
everywhere. I think he drank water from the toilet, too."

"That's so cute! Haha.. But the toilet part, kinda gross," Angela giggles.





"We cleaned him up nice though. Thank God." Dustin sighs
as he throws himself down on the couch in his room, "Now I’m
tired. Let’s watch a movie. What've we got?"





"Hmm... We have Coconut Express, Cricket Man 2, How to Lose a…"

"All of the boys and all of the girls are begging to if you se…"
The music comes from Angela's phone in her skirt pocket.

Angela answers her phone. Putting one hand over the speaker,
she turns to Dustin, "My new ringtone. You like it baby?"








"Yo, I need a place to hang," the voice on the other side of the line yells
out. "Dirk says he has to do this project for his bio class or whatever."

"Why are you asking me?" Angela pauses, "Mom and dad are fighting again huh?"





"Yeah. I don’t really care anymore. I’m
getting out of this hell hole. Where you at?"





"Why would I tell you? You humiliate me in front of everyone whenever we hang out, Lily."
"Ugh stop calling me Lily, bitch."
"I'll stop calling you Lily if you stop calling me bitch."
"Not gonna happen."
"Then I’ll call you whatever I want… bitch."
"What was that??"

"Nothing... I'm at Dustin's. His mom is out tonight. I think you
can come over… if you really want," says Angela. She already
regrets the invitation but she can't turn away her sister. Her
annoyingly manipulative sister. Turning to her boyfriend,
she says, "She can come over right honey?"





"Yeah, sure. That's fine with me. She can watch Beau while we watch
the movies," Dustin replies. He doesn't want Lilith ruining his night
with Angela. But he doesn't want to cross Angela either (whipped much?).

"Alright Lilith, come over."





"Yeah, you so want me there. We're gonna have sooo much fun."





"Whatever. Bye."

Oh Angela, you should've known better...

I hope you all enjoy this chapter. I don't know who to write for the
next chapter yet. I'll probably finish up this chapter but I don't know
after that. Maybe the Dreamer or the Lothario or the Pleasant parents?
