Description:
Starter house for 1-2 Sims, desert terrain, very sparse landscaping/decoration. Boring layout, but it expands very nicely (see 10a)!

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x livingroom

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower/tub combo, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a stove and a telescope. There's enough room for a carport.

Expandability: Either just add rooms behind bedroom and kitchen, or a second floor (-> 10a).


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, using Clean Installer should help. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
