Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower/tub combo, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. Enough room to add a carport.

Expandability: It's a bit of work but worth it - this house is made to be expanded into a nice, mid-sized family house by adding rooms on the right-hand side (both floors).


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
