Description:
Doesn't look like much, but has *lots* of room for a starter: 7 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms, so if you're planning a large family, this might be just the place. Also has room for five cars (3 driveways + 2 extensions, one included). Very sparsely furnished, no decoration, no landscaping except for a lonely bush.

3 x double bedroom (1 furnished)
4 x single bedroom
4 x bathroom (2 furnished)
1 x kitchen/dining/living
1 x living room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, bookshelf. NO smoke detector.

Expandability: If you need even more space ... add a top floor.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, please try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
