Description:
For sims who love their kids more than their car, here's a version of Newbie Road 47 with two children's rooms instead of the garage. Furnished for 2-3 sims, open floorplan, with fireplace. Some landscaping/decoration.

3 x double bedroom (2 furnished, one of them as single)
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (expensive), shower/tub combo, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, trash can, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a dresser, a fireplace and an outdoor chess set.

Expandability: Untested.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
