1 x living room
1 x spare room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a dresser. There's enough room for a carport.

Expandability: Easy - rooms can be added on both sides (off the kitchen and living room). A basement would also be an option (stairs leading down from the living room).


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
