Description:
Two tiny houses for 1-3 sims each, both furnished, for the discount price of only 20.000 for both. This is a remake of another lot of mine -- someone said "I wish it had a basement", so I made a new version (looks similar from the outside, but the floorplan is very different). Room for driveways, no landscaping/decoration.
House 1:
1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x spare room (unfurnished)
House 2:
1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen
1 x dining/living room
Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector (only in one house, unlike the pics show!), bookshelf.
Recommended hack: You need to assign the doors somehow so that your sims know which house is theirs. I think if you have OfB you can use the locking doors funcionality for that, otherwise get hold of Inge Jones' lockable "watchowt" doors or the access management system (formerly simlogical.com, site is closed =( ... not sure where the best archive is but there are a handful). Or if you only play one house anyway, you can just block the doors to the other one with a chair or something, then you won't need any hacks.
Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
