HI there, this is my entrance to the Fairytale contest.
The Paloma Delgado Institute is a dorm, have to say a very exclusive dorm, for only 4 sims.
3x4 Lot
Ms. Delgado accepts only perfect fairies here, and she's proud to say that they will be more then perfect after her cure.
Actually, this dorm is not restricted to ladies only, but the fact is that only ladies are so brave to stay here.
However, even the strong discipline, fairies can find all the comforts and there's always the chance to have great parties when Ms. Delgado is away (I know that she knows that ... )
The ancient building is one of the historical residences of the Delgado family, rich of pictoresque corners: indoor pool, little gazebo for relaxing moments practicing arts, the Ninfea pond and waterfall (who drinks that water will have strange visions, that's why the access to the cascade is blocked), another pond for fishing, two massage rooms, various other features.
NOTE about the spiral stairs / Marvine

It's expensive, about 1,500-2,000 simoleon/3days!
