I built this house based on actual floorplans, but made it bigger. It was hard to get it as small as the actual plans and get everything to fit with the limitation we have in the game. But here is my finished product.





The Alpine Getaway is built into the side of a hill with a garage at street level. The 1st floor also includes an indoor swimming pool where Sims can relax and take a nice dip without freezing to death in the cold winter. The space is large enough for a nice party area and game room.

The second Floor (main floor) features a large open area with the kitchen leading out to the deck in the back, dining area, and living room with a fireplace to cozy up to and get warm. The open space is large enough to add your own walls to close it up a bit. The Master bedroom also leading out to the deck, is on the main floor as well along with a large spacious master bath.

The 3rd floor features 1 large bathroom, 1 large bedroom with private deck,and 2 small bedrooms that share a deck. There is plenty of room all around for most Sim families.

Outside features a medium pond for fishing and trees all around for plenty of privacy.

Furnished the house sells for a steep $105,995, or you can make it your own with the Unfurnished house at $46,989.

I have played the lot to test it and Sims can walk all around the grounds.
