Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
A newer member, bennyboi245 e-mailed me requesting I build a modern home built for a smaller family, 3-4 sims. I agreed as I was at a bit of a stand still with home designs, not finding any I really liked. However, the only issue was, I've never built a modern home (I prefer more classic designs) and their were hardly any home designs online of ultra modern homes, so I designed my own home and now can only hope you all like it.
I went through a couple of designs before finally making this home which I'm so proud of and actually has made me reconsider modern homes (but I doubt I'll upload many as there are no and I mean like no ultra modern plans online).



This house has:
- 3 bedrooms and 2,5 baths

- fully furnished (except for wall hangings and curtains because I never use them)

- style: ultra modern
