After downloading 200MB+ of content from MTS2 over the years, I have decided to add something to the community as a small token of "Thank you", so this is my first upload You may need to use the cheats to use all the furniture in the apartment.

The lot is an modern 8 floor 4 apartment building, with an ironic name (your Sims will use the elevator to go up), and each floor is different.

Floor 1 is the main lounge. It's got a bar, a computer and places to relax.
Floor 2 are the elevators. They go in an alternating way until Floor 7, giving the units themselves more space to live with.
Floors 3, 4 and 5 are apartments, they all have one bedroom and one bathroom and costs §1330, §1819 and §1082 per week respectively.
Floor 6 is a studio unit with one bathroom and a terrace. It costs §1550 per week.
Floor 7 is the public recreation room. It has a TV, darts and snooker table.
Floor 8 is the communal hot tub and garden.
