This is my first house upload! Hooray!

This is something I built in my favorite neighborhood. It took me about 2 hours or so (that's a long time, to me) and I worked really hard on it, so I hope you like it! [No pressure ;-)]
What we have here, ladies and gentlemen, is modestly-priced 4 bedroom house with a finished attic and daylight basement! It even has a cozy little greenhouse in back! All this for the modest price of $61,460!





I moved in my favorite testers, Steve Jefferson and his dog, Buffy, to make sure the lot was playable.



My first concern was this bathroom on the first floor (decorated for you), but I was pleased to see that Steve could comfortably wash his face at the sink AND use the toilet without alerting me that something was in his way.
Both Steve and Buffy were able to navigate smoothly throughout the whole house =)
The only annoying thing about this lot is that your newspapers (and Rod Humble's gift) will deliver to the sliding glass door that leads out of the basement, since it's the only door on the ground level - they all go to that door to ring the bell, too.
