Turkish Beach Apartments - beautiful oceanside apartments!

Go there and read everything before you tell me about the "file corruption" thing in the read me file, please. I already know =)

I came across this beautiful apartment complex that is, I suppose, in Turkey. I love the lot, so I decided to be daring and try building an apartment on the beach, after visiting that link and reading that it WAS in fact possible.
And Turkish Beach is what I came up with! It's very loosely based on the building I came across via Google (as always). Mainly, I liked the balconies and entrance of the real building and made my in-game version similar. It probably looks nothing like the real thing, though.

Here's the real lot - I just used one building as an example to work with.

And here's what I made!

There are 6 units on three floors, all pretty spaced out and furnished for your NPCs and Townies. All of them have the basics: lights, phones, kitchen stuffeths and smoke detectors.
In the back of the building there's a huge community area with a hot tub and some lounge chairs to relax in, and more on the beach. There's also a fire pit for those building parties your Sims want to have.


The first and second floor apartments have two bedrooms, but the third floor apartments only have one bedroom. All 6 units have one bathroom each, and two balconies!
I put a lot of work into these, hope you like them!
