Here's another cute floorplan I found via Google images.

Oh, this was a fun lot to create, and play in. I changed the flow of the floorplan for the sake of playability, and had to flip it in the opposite direction, since I couldn't get the garage door to face the way I needed it to. Instead of fighting with it, I just made this house a mirror image of the actual floorplan (with some custom changes - I had to make it work somehow.)
If you have an invisible driveway, like the one made by Frillen (NOT INCLUDED - I didn't use it in the lot but I do use it in game) the front of the house looks a lot nicer, without the lines that the Maxis driveway makes.
This house also features a pet room/laundry room, since those of us who play with pets in our houses sometimes have a hard time finding a special place to put your pets' things - never again, with my houses! Most of the blueprints I like have laundry rooms, and since our Sims can't really wash their clothes, I dedicate them to pets instead of laundry.
