Make yourself at home in a one bedroom, two bedroom or three bedroom apartment - suits all lifestyles!
There's the Red building on the left, the Blue building on the right. The blue building is all 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, and the red building is one and two bedrooms. Both buildings have two floors, and the two buildings are brought together by a sweet little courtyard and lovely play area for the children. The apartments are separated by a hallway, so no noise from the neighbors to wake you up at night! The 4 units in the Red building have patios, but the units in the Blue building do not. Rent ranges from $1,494 - $1,753 a week.
My tester this time was Chris - one of my favorite Sims. He was able to move smoothly throughout all 8 units, and especially enjoyed the courtyard, since he loves birdwatching so much.
All units are fully furnished for your non-player neighbors, and the apartment your Sim will be moving into is furnished with the essentials - lights, kitchen stuffs, and bathroom plumbing.
