Here are some lovely apartments for your smaller families. Even though they are for smaller families, I didn't want to skimp on space, so I made them nice and spacious. They are moderatley furnished. There are 3 units total, and each unit features a walk out balcony porch on the second story. Each unit has two bathrooms. They are decorated inside and out. I hope you all enjoy these very much.

Here's a hint: if you want to rent the apartments REALLY furnished bring up the cheat 'boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true' without quotes, get your sim to stand directly in front of the door, hold shift while you left click and select rent furnished apartment.
