After testing, trying and building Sim´s houses and lots from the day the game came out, now I can´t resist anymore and introduce to you my newest creation, the "Last Summer Glow" Library Parc.
As you can see in the pics, it´s a kind of worn out and old fashioned wooden main building and another smal building of the same stile for the showers. It even has a simple bed in it to spend the night there in the parc if it has gotten late and your Sim doesn´t want to go home.
There are chess tables and easels on the large bridge for your Sim´s amusement and there also is an old but cosy stiled playground for the kids.
In the other corner I placed a rocky stone garden with some art pieces.
I hope you will have fun with this.

The lot will be recognized as library in your game.
