Like most of what I build, I plan to start out small, and it just grows. This is maybe larger than a typical cabin, but it definitely feels like one.

Lot Contains;
Master bedroom with en-suite.
Two further good size bedrooms.
Full bathroom on each level
Living Room with fireplace (see notes)
Kitchen/dining combined
Study/Den with fireplace
Private lake/pond with bridge

Lot Info;
Built on 53 Maywood Lane. (30x20 lot). It should be able to go almost anywhere though.
Furnished $59,284
Unfurnished $35,586

Notes;
The fireplace in the living room was placed just for decoration, which means your Sims can't access it. However, all you need to do, is use the "moveobjects on" cheat, move the coffee table temporarily and have your Sim turn the fireplace on (and/or fireproof it) and then put the table back. Then it will work just fine.

Please also note that this lot does not have a parking space, nor room to put one.
