I've written a brand new career for your teens and elders. This is the Horticulture Career.
There are full chance cards completed with this career.
This Career is EP compatible. I have no way of knowing for sure if it's base game compatible or not, because I can't use the Base Game Starter, since that only works on disk copies of the game and my Base Game was downloaded (legally) from the EA store.

Here is an example of a chance card question:

Here is a run-down of all the career levels:

1. Landscaper

Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat Wages: 97

You are beginning your new career in gardening taking care of your neighbor's lawns for extra cash flow. You should have a good riding mower that will cut the grass like a pro! Be sure to keep up your body skill points, as well as cleaning which you will need later on. Your customers expect their lawns to be the greenest, trimmest, most weed free lawns in the neighborhood. You know the old cliche "Keeping Up With The Joneses" could never be more true.

2. Greenhouse Assistant

Days: Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri Sun Wages: 110

You will be tending flowers and plants in your local nursery. You should build up your gardening skills by gardening at home, also try to increase your nature enthusiasm. Cleaning skills are also a good thing to brush up on, as you will need them most definitely in this stage of your career. You need to have the greenest green thumb you can in order to succeed.

3. Florist

Days: Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat Wages: 125

You have finally worked your way up to the top of the gardening career. You really do know your way around plants at this point. Congratulations are now in order! You are now the master of all things green and growing, the finisher of beautifully bodacious bouquets, the giver of life to lacking lilies.

Seen above is the custom career icon created by me (borrowed from my old plantsim career)

I've worked very hard on this career, for hours on end, even though teen/elder careers only have 3 jobs, so I hope you enjoy it very much! Thanks to all who gave advice in #create channel!
