3 Story house on a 10x10 lot for 1-4 Sims. A step up from a starter but not out of reach for the financially impaired. House includes a Living Room, Laundry, and Bathroom on the first floor, Kitchen and Master Bedroom on 2nd floor, and 2nd Bedroom, 2nd Bathroom, small family room on the 3rd floor.

A Note about Stacked Stairs: this house makes use of stacked staircases, which means one on top of the other. If you have difficulty with sims going to the top step only to turn around and come back down, you need to replace the house after turning it 90 degrees, or if it faces north or south, turn it to face east or west, and vice versa. This is a known bug/glitch which occurs to stacked stairs.

No Custom Content included, but you will need to have Ambitions for many of the fixtures, deco, and laundry.
