Wings of Summer - A Modern return

Hellos everyone!

I haven't built anything modern in a long long time, so I wanted to give it a go.

Wings of Summer features:
- Kitchen
- Dining
- Livingroom
- Home office
- Master bedroom with a study
- Entertainment room
- Kids room with bedroom for two and a study room
- 2 bathrooms
- Entrance hall and hallways
- Simming pool and patios
- Fountain
- Rich flowerbeds
- Well maintained yard
- Two car garage
- Two balconies

The house has been made by using a lot of CFE, it consists of 5 floors, of which two are just elevated walls.

The lot has been playtested for routing.

No CC has been used, but I suggest you get this mod, so that the curtains stay where they are supposed to:

Game requirements:
You will need Base game, WA, Ambitions and Late night installed with patch 6.1.11 or higher

My son, for playing nicely in his room so I could make this, and saying it looks nice
