Hey everyone! It's been a while since my last upload, but today I'm finally posting my Round 2 house from QBUILDERZ' Building Blocks: A Foundation Challenge . This one is my favorite house that i built for the competition. It's a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house sitting on a diagonal foundation. It's on a fully landscaped 30x30 lot with a pool and garden, & it costs §89,910. I removed as much custom content from the original entry, here, however there is still a moderate amount of CC & store content.

The house sleeps up to 4 sims as is, (intended for a couple) however the guest bedroom can be altered to accommodate kids. There are two parking spaces in the driveway.

The 2010 BMW M6 Convertible by Fresh Prince is not included, it is just for decoration, therefore it is not included in the price.
