This three-storey house was built on a foundation and is suitable for a single sim who loves gardening and being outdoors. There is a small vegetable garden in the front and a balcony on each of the upper levels of the house.

House was built in Riverview. It's a 10x10 lot.
Please use the World Editor to create a 10x10 lot in a flat area.

The house was originally built/saved/playtested in August 2010, due to some recent changes a new copy was saved with the newest patch (released at the 14th of December, 2011).
