Another remake from TS2, this time from Desiderata Valley.

In TS2 this house sits on a 40x40 lot which leaves a lot of unused space, this version in TS3 manages to be fitted on a 30x30 lot. The floor plan remains unchanged, while some personal touches are added such as the ballet studio being converted to a fitness gym, and the addition of a laundry area at the space leading to the ground floor bathroom. The lot also uses some custom content below that are required to make it identical to its TS2 counterpart, and they are not included in the packaged lot.
