The Small Suburban is a classic Suburban-style single garage house. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a good-sized kitchen with separate dining room, it is perfect for that growing Sim family!


Downstairs, you have a generous sized, but cozy living area to the left of the entrance. Next door, you have the modern style downstairs bathroom. The kitchen is directly in front of you when you enter the house, and the dining room is accessed by a large archway leading from the kitchen. There is also a small utility room, just off of the kitchen.


Upstairs, you have a small nook area next to the half-wall by the stairs, and next to it, is the Boys' bedroom. Next, you come to the good sized master bedroom, and then the Girls' bedroom. Next to that, is the upstairs bathroom.
