What you get out of this is a small apartment with a good view and comfy/cozy living. All the essentials of Sim life are available - plus a big screen TV You will notice the bedroom takes up almost half of the space of the apartment and that is because it has a double bed that needs the space; but on the upside your Sim can have a permanent (or constantly changing) significant other stay over or even move in! Just don't think about babies, no space for those. This very affordable apartment will be great to start your Sim's life in!
