This is a normal size calm, cozy and relaxed familyhouse with a simple layout. It has glass ceilings in most of the rooms, walk-in-closet and even more storage in the hallway.



It should be a very nice place to entertain the people you like to impress.



It has 2 bedrooms decorated for two single kids at all ages and a master ensuite. Kitchen/diner and living open plan.



As my latest downloads I have made the original with package files and then installed it with sims3pack files for testing, pictures and this upload. Choose package files and download what you want, or sims3pack and have all included.

Files:
Package: I even installed the kitchen as package files, you can't do that. You have to install kitchen counters as sims3pack files or they will glitch. I didn't care that much about glitches as I would install it with sims3pack later. Just grab the correct list of content and decide what items to download. You have to reset some of the counters if you install the same kitchen. Just hammer the faulty counters and copy some good one's instead.
Sims3pack: I didn't have any issues with patterns this time, it all went like childs play really. Download the S3P file for the launcher installation.

Notes:
1. For the pictures I suddenly found the wall lamp for the stove in the kitchen. It belongs to the Crispy Kitchen set by ShinoKCR, links below. It's NOT included.
2. The glass ceiling from ITF expansion is a bit odd someplaces, I don't think there is much I can do about it. You can just take them out if it bugs you. It's mostly in the hallways. The big room looks good.
3. Update: Removed buggy extra lot in the S3P file and reuploaded.
4. For some reason some sims3pack files decided they wouldn't follow the lot. They are listed as to be downloaded separately.
