Description:
2 tiny row houses (for 1-2 sims each), both furnished, for the bargain price of just under 20.000 for the complete lot. Each house has a small front porch, two driveways included, some landscaping, no decoration. They look very cute if you place several of those next to each other.

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Basic appliances included in each house: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf.

Expandability: Upwards only.

Recommended hack: Use Inge Jones' keyholder doors as front doors (www.simlogical.com, under Downloads > TS2 > Hacked Doors) or a similar access management system -- otherwise your sims won't know which house is theirs.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
