Located in a state somewhere between Pennsylvania and Wyoming, Gould Cottage has stood since the 1910s. A modest yet charming example of Tudor Revival architecture, time and time again it has proven itself to be warm and inviting without being too cheerful and whimsical. It's very much in touch with the English sensibility of its design roots, whilst still fitting the nostalgia and sentiment of its 20th century American conception.

The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 reception rooms, a kitchen and breakfast room and a full basement, perfect for tornado season.

Lot Info:
The house was built on a 30 by 30 lot costing 101,412 Simoleons furnished and 63,801 Simoleons unfurnished.
All of the fireplaces have been upgraded to fireproof and the house has been thoroughly play-tested.

As usual, any problems? Let me know.
And if you like the style of this lot, let me recommend a creation of a similar style and era that inspired me for this lot by cutsocks called 'Corner Craftsman'.
