Presenting the second download by M4BCreators, a creator group which sprung from Mentoring For Builders. A collection of members who build in TS2, TS3, and TS4, we are comprised of novice builders, experienced builders, and everything in between. This lot began as a simple idea - we wanted to make a Festival Grounds lot on a smaller sized lot to be able to fit in any town. We chose a 40 X 40 lot. A Lot for All Seasons ... Festival Grounds requires the Seasons EP and offers full festival grounds functionality. It includes a lake for fishing and ice skating, restrooms with toddler potties, and a gazebo. The buildings, a few park benches, and the fish spawner are "Common" objects and present in all seasonal phases of the lot.

The following optional decor items from free Store holiday sets were used on the lot. (Store items the player does not have will be replaced by proxies. This may require editing of the lot.)

There is 1 fish spawner in the pond. When the lot is deleted, a copy of the spawner remains on the otherwise empty lot. If the lot is replaced on the same lot without first removing the leftover spawner, there will be duplicate spawners on the lot. Rotating the lot also places duplicate spawners on the lot. This can cause lag or fish popping up in unusual places. To check for and remove extra spawners enable "testingcheatsenabled true" and then "buydebug on". The spawners are white boxes. Check both at ground level and underground.
