Hello hello everyone and happy 2019! I am pleased to present to you my first build of the new year, the Eco Modern Marvel! This sprawling modern mansion was designed and inspired by the Earth itself, and features many elements that encompass the sense of nature.

I took a lot of time to pick and choose interior design elements that would represent different modern yet natural ideas. Dangling chandeliers that give the look of falling waterfalls, a wall length fish aquarium complete with bubbling columns, plenty of animated fountains and water elements, the grand central sculpture in the foyer to represent the shape of Earth itself, and of course, lots of lush and vibrant vegetation that fills in across the entire interior and exterior of the home!

This home has three full floors to explore, each featuring unique spaces and fun things for your Sims to do. From two swimming pools, an indoor bowling alley, a home cinema, and private hot tub spa room, this is the perfect home for celebrity Sims or Sims just looking for a wonderful luxury pad to call their own.

This home was so much fun to build, and decorate! I hope you all enjoy placing it in your games and hope it adds a fun contemporary new addition to your neighborhoods!

QUICK NOTE: The sculpture in the foyer as well as the two sculptures on the side balcony sometimes will get stuck on screen when you change to the lower floors upon opening the game. This is super easy to fix, just click them once in build mode and it will snap them back to their floors!
