The Cozy Compact features a modern, Mid-century inspired architecture consisting of wood as the main design element, along with some metal, glass, and masonry. The ground floor has an open plan design for the kitchen, dining , living, and study areas. There is also a small patio for sims to enjoy a nice view of the town, or just a space for outdoor dining. It houses two bedrooms for up to three sims to live in.

This house is built with mostly base game items and custom content, though i used some items from expansion and stuff packs. World Adventures may be optional, since I used only the lavender plant from there. Under the spoiler tag is every custom content that I used (and not included) as shown:



And also, I recommended these default replacements as they make the lot look better as seen in screenshots:

This lot is saved as a .package file, just put it in the Library folder to install. (Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library)
