I got this idea in my head and I just had to make it. So of course we have a lazy straw house, an adequate stick house, a lovely brick house, and a spooky wolf house. All one bedroom, one bath. You can get the whole fairytale on one lot, or just the three pigs, as residential or as apartments. Or you can get them as four individual lots. Brick and Wolf are actually pretty nice. Straw is sort of hilarious, and Stick is...well it's a house.
Straw-In-Progress 1x2 lot, 1 single bed, 1 bath...ish cost: 12,476 (oh boy, a starter)
This layabout hasn't gotten around to finishing the drywall. Or the walls in general. What's the rush? He can do it tomorrow. For now, why not have a seat on the lawn couch and take a load off.
Stick House 1x2 lot, 1 single bed, 1 bath cost: 30,968 (kind if a rip-off actually)
He's your average Joe, doin' just enough to get buy. It ain't pretty, but hey, it's functional.
The Brick Residence 1x2 lot, 1 double bed, 1 bath cost: 95,695 (the price of refined taste)
Ugh. Talk about an over-achiever. It's just work work work all day long with this guy. He wakes up at dawn and schedules time to write his schedule. We should be callin' him "stick" pig, if you know what I mean. The house is cute though.
Big Bad Wolf 2x2 lot, 1 double bed, 1 bath cost: 88,398
Is he really so bad? He's just a big hungry puppy. With jaws that can crush your skull.
Three Little Pigs 3x2 lot, sleeps 4, cost: 145,030
Three pigs on one lot with a garden in the back
Three Pigs and a Wolf 3x3 lot, sleeps 6, cost: 235,513
Three pigs and the wolf on one lot with a garden. You can play don't wake the llama together, or go over to wolf's place for a barbeque. Doesn't that sound fun?
Apartments The two group lots are also available as apartments
For the apartments Straw has a fence and the other yards have "fake" gates just there for appearances
Straw rent: 928
Stick rent: 1,215
Brick rent: 2,566
Wolf rent: 3,677
Just a few notes
--Constrainfloorelevation false was used for Brick's little tower, and Wolf's basement
--Moveobjects was used and some things aren't snapped to grid, but the furniture works. Except Straw's lawn dishwasher. That's a decorative lawn dishwasher.
--The Stick and Brick have fire alarms over the fridge, Wolf has a fire alarm in the chimney. Brick and Wolf have burglar alarms behind the fridge. Straw has...none of the above. It's fine. Relax bruh.
--Each house has a phone
A copy of the lot was play tested, but please message me if you run into any problems
Reccomended Mods

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

About Me
I definitely spend way too much time playing this game. But almost exclusively the building buildings part, not the micromanaging tiny idiots part. And I sometimes take breaks for months at a time.
I always build CC-free because if I don't have a limited number of options I will never, ever be satisfied and I will spend days and days looking for one counter that fits this kitchen perfectly--and I finally found it--but I had to edit the texture a bit because it didn't tile perfectly, but it's finally done--Oh wait, I changed the wallpaper so now I need to scour the entire internet for counters all over again, and--and I will literally never finish anything. So I've limited myself. But at least CC-free is convenient for downloading. Hope you enjoy them!

-- Policy --
-Do not upload my work to other sites.
-Feel free to use my lots in the background for movies or pictures or whatever.
-If you make SIGNIFICANT changes to a lot you may upload it, just not to pay sites.
-For either of the above make sure to give credit and link back to me.
And please use good judgement on the definition of significant. Redecorating one room is not significant. Redecorating the whole house in a different style or for a different purpose is. Adding one room is not significant. Adding a whole other wing or building and updating the landscaping is. That being said if you do use my lot as a jumping off point, by all means message me a link when you upload it because I'd love to see what you come up with.
Weird little sidenote: I often edit lots I download to have different size footprints to fit in with my neighborhood. It can often involve doing tedious things like making a whole building three tiles narrower so that it will fit inside 20 squares, and then a million little changes are necessary to keep the lot functioning and looking good. I don't know if anyone else ever does that, however if you do but then find the result isn't really "significant" enough to be it's own post (4x5 => 4x4 probably not significant, 4x5 => 2x2 significant unless all you did was get rid of the yard) you might want to message me, because I'd be interested in adding yours as an alternate version to download on my original post (with credit and a link to your profile)
