Hi everyone!

I really needed a small break from creating teddy bears and coding, so I decided to create a decorative Lightshaft! It really felt like we needed that in the game, and as a person who was super into storytelling, I've always wanted something like that without photoshopping the hell out of it :p. So I present you, the decorative Light shafts! (Sims 4 version coming soon)

WHAT IS THIS?
Two lovely game objects that snap to the wall! They basically work the same as paintings, where you can slide them up and down. Due to the fact that the mesh is so big though, the game doesn't really go extreme on the up and down slider, but it's good enough to recreate that famous scene or image!

THE TECHNICAL STUFFZ
Here we go:
  • Non-recolourable/CAStable due to the animated textures really.
  • Decoratives > Paintings & Wall hangings > price: 9 (For both)
  • Textures are 1024x1024

RECOMMENDED TO USE TO MAKE YOUR IMAGES MORE PRETTY
I've gathered a few links that will really contrast well with these! It's different CC, so you don't need this in order to make the lightshafts to work, they just work really nicely with it

ReShade (See images for reference! )

False shadows

NOTICE:
You might want to use the cheat "moveobjects on" when placing the Light shafts, it will make your life easier :p

Polygon Counts:
(For both)
HLOD: 30
MLOD: 15
