As part of my EP Build Project, I've built a sports bar for Riverview. These old town house type buildings are fairly common where I live, usually appearing downtown if you live in a city, or on the main street in the middle of town if you live in a small town. I've always loved how these types of buildings look, so I thought I'd incorporate it into Riverview, even if I can't place them towards the middle of town where they should be. I have this lot placed at 20 Hidden Grove Lane, but it can be placed on any 30x30 lot.

The interior contains the bar area, a seating area (both tables and booths), some games by the front and back, and the restrooms. The exterior contains a fenced area out back for the garbage bin. The building on the right has a hidden room marker, and the upper floors have level skip markers.

No custom content or store content is used in this build.
