There are 6 apartments. Two 3 Bedroom 2 Bath apartments and Four 2 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bath apartments. Of the 2 bedroom apartments, apartment 3 is a rent controlled. It mostly has the same light fixtures, plumbing and appliances as the others but the furniture is not as high end and it does not have a washer and dryer as the other apartments do (there is a washer and dryer in the shared space out building for them to use. The amenities include the pool, gym and play area and hot tub. The editor shows 3 floors (there is not, I built a roof out that has walls with the roof flat on the top to make it look like a French style roof. I did however include the floor plans for the 2 floors of the outbuilding. I did not include screenshots of every apartment as I would have had at least 60 or 70 screenshots. They are all decorated in a slightly different manner but I tried to keep all of them upscale except the rent controlled apartment.
