This Old Lady has been restored on the outside and updated for the modern sim family on the inside. Walls were removed in the main living area to give it an open concept look. It still has the original sun porch and music room as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master has a walk in closet and luxury bath. It of course as usual for my homes when the lot is large enough has an outdoor space with a lot of landscaping. It also has a small cubby off one of the hallways for a stackable washer and dryer if you wish or you can just remove the cubby. Enjoy.
