I have been working on this for a while now. I wanted a Victorian style home with base game content. The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There are a couple of nooks that can hold a washer dryer combo or shelves. It was built with a large family in mind. It has an old-fashioned sunroom and a small outdoor space with a pool designed to look like a large fountain. The home is not strictly period as it has the electronic amenities such as the TV and Computer (the children's room also has bunks which are not authentic) but those can be removed. If you own the EPs, SPs and GPs that allow you can also add the touches that would make the home seem more authentic. Enjoy.
Update:
I noticed when reviewing the screenshots, the shelves on the master bedroom wall are missing. I have no Idea why but I am uploading Gracie II that includes those shelves as well as a screenshot of them.
