Again I built this in Newcrest. The editor states the only EP is Discover University but I also used For Rent and Growing together. The configuration is set to 5 different apartments. I originally built it as 4 apartments with the landlord in the single unit. You can easily change the current configuration if you want by changing the lot to residential, moving your sims family in, then re-configure the units. The screenshots are not what I would like but I find Newcrest difficult with the lots so close together.
