I built this lot several weeks ago for Newcrest. I dusted it off and fiddled with the furnishing so there were not a ton of EP's and SP's. The landscaping is minimal due to the size of the lot. The Upload Compatibility only shows the lot as having Cats and Dogs, Get Famous and Cottage Living but I double checked the file and the lot. It definitely has items from High School years, Growing Together, Horse Ranch and For Rent. I use a mod that is not included "No Backsplash Counters Add-On Overrides and Non-Default Clones by Bessy". You may not need it for the White Lily Counters as they are from a newer EP For Rent.
