A colorful starter house boat for your sims. The furniture is minimal but comfortable. It has a murphy bed to give more living area because the houseboat has only one room. It is decorated with bright colors to make it appear bigger than what it is. The home has bookcase, chess table and TV.


The barge size and lot size shows differently so I am listing both for you.

Barge size: 10X8
Lot size: 10X12

The home also shows 2 different Furnished cost: The cost in the library shows $9723.00 but when installed it is actually $9963.00 (the difference is the cost of the $240.00 for the 10X8 barge which is not included in the library)
