The smallest beach lot with a driveway


This is a charming and versatile family lot with a small beach area that includes a kitchen, bookcase, dining room, master bedroom with tv, bathroom, kids bedroom and driveway (vehicle not included).
If you would like to see in detail the performance of this beach lot, I have uploaded a short video on my Instagram account (visit my MTS profile for the link).
Due to the size of the lot, vehicle animations and transitions are reduced, but other aspects of performance are normal.

The beach lot was created in the Lagoons Map It's possible that these beach lots could be placed in other neighborhood templates that I have uploaded to MTS.

Depending on the neighborhood template where the lot is placed, the objects on the beach may appear sunken or raised, simply use the hand tool and release to reposition them correctly.

How and where to place beach lot?

This beach lot is smaller than the ones included in the game by default, so it must be kept in mind that in order to place it in a neighborhood it must have a road plan as close to beach areas as possible.
If you want to use this lot with existing beach neighborhood consider using the terrain modification cheat included in the Free Time expansion "modifyNeighborhoodTerrain"
Please note that, as these are beach lots, they're on uneven ground, so they aren't always suitable for the intended areas. However, I have worked on the middle ground of this type of beach lots so that they are compatible with various neighborhood templates that have beach areas.
