As Riverview's final Showtime lot, I have built a Big Show Venue. Once again, the exterior is rather loosely based on the reference, because the actual event center is too large to feasible build accurately. Unlike the big show venues built into shells, you can view inside the building at all times. However, like the shells versions, everything inside the building cannot be interacted with unless you have a gig, so the lobby, dressing room, and restrooms are purely decorative. I have it placed at 467 Farmer Valley Road, but it can also be placed at 345 Riverblossom Hills Drive (though I don't think the neighbors would appreciate it).

At the front of the lot is a three-story lobby. The third floor of the lobby contains ceiling light fixtures, while the other two floors contain invisible lights so the light "travels" down between levels. Off to the left is a hallway leading to restrooms at the front, and a dressing room at the back. The rest of the lot contains a three-story arena, with an additional two stories above the stage. Every floor except the first contains a level skip marker. A proprietor marker has been placed outside near the front doors to prevent the proprietor from wandering inside, as that renders them both unable to be interacted with, and unrouteable.
