I saw this house in web built in "The Sims 4" and I thought to myself that I would love to recreate it in my own way in "The Sims 2".
But there was a catch...
...It is not my creation!
So building and uploading it would be a theft in my opinion.

Why is it on this site then?

I contacted the owner of the idea of this house and politely asked
if I can recreate her idea and use it as guidance for my project in "The Sims 2"?

And she said YES!

I'm so glad that she agreed to my request because the house I made in "The Sims 2" is really nicely done in my opinion. And I wouldn't be able to make it so nice without the original that the author made, so I want to say thank you one more time!

About my creation:
I love it from top to bottom.
It's unique, it's very, VERY victorian styled, it's creepy, it's old-fashioned, it's spacious, it's cluttered, it has a vibe and it's really gorgeous!
I really love how much cluttered it is with all the candles and stuff inside and outside.
I love the pond outside. I'm not used to making those but it turned out really cute.
I love the shape and the architecture of the whole house looking so New Orleans and Victorian styles.
I love the dining room with big windows and different walls making it elegant.
I love the upper library room with the spellbook between the shelves and I love that there is a working cauldron in the fireplace.
I love that this house has space for adults, children and newborns. And if you want you can easily switch the room to make it for all stages of lives of your sims.
I really hope that you will love this house as I'm loving it and enjoyed making it.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

There are all needed alarms like fire and burglar alarms in all rooms that they need to be in. They are covered up with furnitures or architecture structures.

There is NO TV in this house. If you want you can easily put one on the second floor, instead of the table with the phone.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
