Here's my new mansion, a grand Colonial Revival estate, inspired by luxury American manor homes, blending timeless red brick architecture with French Country influences.

The estate boasts a narrow front with sloped roofs, shuttered windows and tall chimneys, providing an warm and homely entrance. This is paired with a lengthy and narrow depth that adds a grand mansion estate aesthetic to the overall build. The front reminds me of large suburban homes you'd find in wealthy American states, whereas the sides and rear has a more English Georgian feel, adding a great deal of uniqueness and character to the lot.

The lot has sizeable garden and colourful landscape, giving you a view of the entire house from the outside. From each angle the house gives something spectacular, with esquisite and impressive features throughout.

I started this build with just the walls, using the roofing to create distinctive shapes on the exterior. I then experimented with various brick and window styles, but the landscaping is what really brought it all together.

Upstairs has five large bedrooms with three bathrooms. The downstairs has a number of big rooms alongside an open hallway and big kitchen. I also built an outhouse, for Sims to use for various hobbies or items that may not fit into the wider aesthetic of the house. Given the size of the lot, it allows users to extend the lot or add a pool, greenhouse or whatever they like with the rest of the space.

I'm delighted with the finish as I've never built anything quite like this property. I see it fitting into any neighbourhood and adaptable to Veronaville should you want to refurb the valls to a more tudor style. Let me know your thoughts and how you use this lot. I'm yet to play it, so let me know what you do with it!

Thanks
Matt
