Mayor's Mansion (From SimCity Buildit) - No CC

This was probably the first residential lot I'd created that I felt I could consider to be excellent! I'd created numerous mansions before, but I felt that this lot was proportioned immaculately and had real character, whilst still maintaining simplicity, symmetry and looking clean.

This was based on the Mayor's Mansion in SimCity Buildit. It was the first replica that I'd ever tried, before some of my more complex ones. The detail isn't hugely elaborate, but I felt that the architectural style of the bricks and windows used provided a Gothic finish and plenty of character. The landscaping also brings this lot to life and works around the four walls of this property very well.



Whilst the size of this lot isn't huge, there's actually a LOT of floor space. I use this lot as an apartment base in my game and have it separated it in to four apartments, with the hallways and garden being communal. Even as separate apartments, they are huge!

There is no custom content within this lot. I've left it unfurnished and kept the interior structure basic, so you can decide how you'd like to use this lot. I'd love feedback in finding out what you think of the lot and if you think I've given SimCity Buildit's Mayor's Mansion justice!
