Description:
Small country house for 1-2 Sims who like gardening. Furnished, two floors, some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
1 x spare room (unfurnished)
1 x storage room (unfurnished) - access from outside only, could be used as a workshop of some kind (the slacker carreer reward things, whatever they're called, would look good in there for example). Or for a sim you don't like.

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a stove. There's enough room for a carport.

Recommended hack: Download the gardeningfun hack by Ophidia from this site if you haven't already. It's very useful, for this kind of house in particular.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
