Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (expensive) and sink, tub, fridge (expensive), kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. Enough room for a carport.

Expandability: Porch can be turned into a small dining area with little effort; basement can be enlarged.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, using Clean Installer should help. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
