Description:
Small two-story starter house for 1-2 Sims, furnished. Some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x livingroom

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (expensive), tub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. There's enough room to add a carport.

Expandability: Easy - you can add rooms to the side of the living room and also on the top floor (the current bedroom would be a second livingroom/study/nursery).


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, please try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
