Tiny house for 1-2 sims at less than half of the cost of a regular starter. Small front porch, all necessities included, minimal landscaping, no decoration. The funny corner in the bedroom is meant to provide room for a dresser.

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, trash can, smoke detector, bookshelf. Beware: NO burglar alarm.

Expandability: Untested, but a second floor should be possible.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
